These terms cover the sale of parts and merchandise through lkrenovace.cz. The shop sells mostly used and refurbished parts for vehicles that went out of production decades ago.

Placing an order

The contract is made when you submit the order and we confirm it by e-mail. Prices are final; we are not registered for VAT.

Payment

Bank transfer: please pay within 7 days. The part stays reserved until then.

Cash on collection at the workshop, cash on delivery, and card payment where the checkout offers it.

Delivery

  • Packeta — to your address — 149 Kč
  • Balíkovna — to your address — 249 Kč

Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Return postage is yours; we refund by the same route the payment came.

If a part has been fitted or dismantled, we may deduct the resulting loss in value.

Condition of the parts

Used and refurbished parts carry the marks of their age. The stated condition and the photographs are part of what is being sold; ordinary signs of age are not a defect.

Complaints

24 months for new goods, 12 months for used goods. Write to the address above with the order number and photographs.
