1. Data we process

• Identification data: first name, last name, e-mail, phone
• Vehicle data: make, model, year of manufacture, VIN
• Photos: images documenting the restoration
• Communication: messages and change requests within a project
• Technical data: device type, operating system, push notification tokens

2. Purpose of processing

• Providing the service: tracking the restoration and communication between the workshop and the client
• Notifications: sending alerts about the project status
• Security: preventing unauthorized access
• Analytics: anonymized statistics to improve the service

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Legitimate interest in securing the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Consent for push notifications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

4. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app:

• Supabase (database and storage) — EU region
• Firebase / Google Cloud (push notifications, crash reporting)

5. Retention period

We retain personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by applicable law (typically 3 years after the project ends). Photos are retained for the lifetime of the project.

We do not sell data to third parties and do not process it for marketing purposes.

7. Security

We use encrypted data transfer (TLS/SSL), database-level access control (Row Level Security), and regular security updates.
